The Einhell sanding discs with a diameter of 125 mm and 180 grit consist of 50 discs and are designed for particularly fine surface finishing on wood and metal. The 125 mm diameter allows controlled handling and even processing of larger areas, resulting in smooth transitions and clean results. Each sanding disc features an 8-hole perforation that effectively supports dust extraction. The individual holes with a diameter of 10 mm ensure continuous dust removal, while the 65 mm pitch circle enables a precise fit on common backing pads, keeping the sanding surface clear for longer and producing a consistent sanding pattern. The semi-open, electrostatically applied aluminium oxide coating ensures a homogeneous grit distribution, enabling very fine surface finishes and optimal further processing of workpieces. Aluminium oxide stands out for its wear resistance, maintaining consistent sanding performance even over multiple operations. The full resin bond permanently anchors the abrasive grains to the stable, thick paper backing, ensuring the sanding discs remain dimensionally stable and highly tear-resistant even under increased pressure. Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastening, the sanding discs can be quickly and securely attached to the backing pad, enabling tool-free changes.
