The Einhell Wood TCT circular saw blade for table saws with a diameter of 300 mm, a 30 mm bore and 48 teeth is ideal for fast, rough longitudinal and cross cuts in various types of wood thanks to its well thought-out design. The cutting width is 3 mm, which enables the blade to achieve a high cutting performance and remove material quickly. At the same time, the blade thickness of 2 mm ensures stable guidance and prevents unwanted bending during cutting. The special alternating tooth geometry, also known as ATB tooth geometry, has alternately bevelled teeth, creating a fine tip that cuts through the material efficiently and cleanly. The positive tooth angle of 15 degrees is particularly noteworthy: this aggressive tooth position allows the teeth to actively engage with the workpiece, with the blade taking over part of the feed. This makes work easier, reduces the amount of force required and enables a high feed speed. With 48 teeth, the blade has a low tooth count, making it ideal for powerful, fast cuts, especially for longitudinal and transverse cuts through hard and soft wood, plywood or coated chipboard. The teeth are made of high-quality tungsten carbide, are automatically brazed onto the base blade and then diamond-ground. This makes them not only extremely sharp, but also particularly durable and long-lasting. To compensate for tension and thermal deformation during the sawing process, the blade is equipped with expansion joints. These ensure that the circular saw blade does not warp even when exposed to heat and that a precise cut is maintained.
