The Einhell Multi Material TCT circular saw blade for hand-held circular saws with a diameter of 150 mm, a bore of 20 mm and 42 finely ground teeth is suitable for precise cuts with medium cutting quality. The cutting width is 2.2 mm, while the blade body is 1.4 mm thick, ensuring a good balance between stability and low cutting resistance. The scope of delivery includes two reduction rings from 20 to 16 mm, which means that the saw blade remains flexible in use. Made from high-quality tungsten carbide, the teeth are diamond-ground and permanently sharp, ensuring both a long service life and clean cutting results. The special flat trapezoidal tooth geometry ensures that the higher trapezoidal tooth cuts into the material precisely and the following flat tooth widens and cleans the cut, resulting in precise and tear-free cutting edges. This tooth shape is particularly effective on coated materials, but is just as efficient when working with aluminium, non-ferrous metals, MDF, plastics or uncoated chipboard. The neutral tooth position with a slightly positive angle increases guidance control, counteracts kickback and enables safe working even with demanding materials. Thanks to the high number of teeth, fine, smooth cuts across the grain can be made with high precision. Additional expansion joints compensate for tension caused by heat build-up, maintaining the dimensional stability of the blade.
