TC Sawbl 165x20 42T, Multi-Mat

The Einhell Multi Material TCT circular saw blade for circular saws, with a diameter of 165 mm, a 20 mm bore and 42 diamond-ground teeth, is designed for precise cuts with a medium cutting quality. The 2.2 mm cutting width and 1.4 mm blade body provide a balanced combination of stability and low cutting resistance. The HLTCG flat-trapezoidal tooth geometry uses a raised trapezoidal tooth to pre-cut the surface, followed by a flat tooth that widens and cleans the cut. This geometry produces clean, low-tear-out cutting edges and performs particularly well in coated materials. It is also suitable for wood, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, MDF, plastics, thin sheet metal and uncoated chipboard. The neutral tooth angle supports controlled guidance and reduces the risk of kickback when working with demanding materials. The high-quality TCT teeth are diamond-ground for lasting sharpness, long service life and consistent cutting performance. Integrated Thermal Slots compensate for heat-related stress and maintain the dimensional stability of the blade during prolonged use. The included a 20/16 mm reducing ring provide flexible compatibility with smaller arbor diameters. The blade therefore provides a versatile solution for clean, controlled work across a wide range of materials.
