The Einhell TCT circular saw blade Nailproof for rough woodworking has a diameter of 190 mm, a bore of 30 mm and is equipped with 12 flat teeth with a ground chamfer. The cutting width is 2.4 mm with a blade thickness of 1.6 mm. This combination ensures stable cutting performance and enables high cutting speeds, especially for rough longitudinal and cross cuts through construction timber or waste wood. Thanks to the low number of teeth, the saw blade is particularly suitable for fast work where cutting performance is paramount. The robust tungsten carbide tipping ensures a long service life even when in contact with nails, screwdriving or mortar residues in the material. The special tooth shape in a flat design with a ground chamfer features an anti-kickback design. This dissipates the impact forces generated when the blade encounters foreign objects in a controlled manner into the blade body, minimising the risk of tooth breakage and significantly increasing safety during sawing. The aggressive tooth position with a positive angle of 10° promotes a powerful cut and reduces the feed rate required, making work easier and faster. The integrated expansion joints, known as thermal slots, compensate for temperature-related stresses and prevent the saw blade from deforming during longer cutting series or intensive use. Four reduction rings from 30 to 16 mm and from 30 to 20 mm are included, allowing the blade to be used on hand-held circular saws with smaller spindle diameters.
