The Einhell circular saw blade with a 160 mm diameter, 20 mm bore, and fine cutting quality is ideal for precise, tear-free cuts. The 48 teeth are arranged in a flat/trapezoidal geometry (HLTCG) and operate with a positive tooth angle of 15°, supporting an aggressive yet controlled feed. The cutting width is 2.2 mm, ensuring a stable cutting path while being gentle on the material. With a blade thickness of 1.6 mm, the saw blade remains dimensionally stable even under higher loads. Two included reducing rings allow the bore to be adjusted from 20 mm to 16 mm, making the blade compatible with various hand-held circular saws. A particular highlight is the specially designed Performance Vents, which significantly reduce heat build-up during continuous operation and improve chip removal. This prevents clogging between the teeth, maintains consistently high cutting speeds, and noticeably reduces noise levels. This technical design is complemented by Thermal Slots—precisely placed expansion gaps that effectively compensate for the thermal expansion of the blade. These ensure the blade does not warp or develop internal stress during extended use. The HLTCG tooth design allows clean cuts, especially in coated materials, and proves versatile when used on wood and plastics. The protruding trapezoidal tooth performs the initial scoring, while the flat tooth clears out the material and slightly widens the cut resulting in excellent cut quality and a long service life.
