The Einhell multi-material circular saw blade with 136 mm diameter, 20 mm bore and 42 teeth achieves a medium cut quality and features a neutral tooth angle of 5 degrees. The cutting width is 2.2 mm, allowing the material to be cut efficiently, while the blade thickness of 1.4 mm ensures high stability with low resistance. The HLTCG tooth geometry with alternating flat and trapezoidal teeth is ideally suited for working on a wide range of materials. This circular saw blade enables precise cuts in non-ferrous metals, thin metal sheets, uncoated chipboard, MDF boards and plastics without the need for time-consuming blade changes. During cutting, the slightly raised trapezoidal tooth first engages with the material, followed by the flat tooth, which removes the chips and cleanly widens the cut – resulting in particularly accurate and clean edges. A special PTFE coating on the blade not only reduces friction during cutting but also protects the saw blade against corrosion, increasing its service life and making work noticeably easier as less feed force is required. To compensate for expansion and tension caused by heat build-up during sawing, the blade features integrated thermal slots. These expansion slots ensure that the blade does not warp even under intensive load, enabling consistently precise results. In addition, laser-cut damping slots noticeably reduce vibrations and significantly lower noise levels, ensuring a more pleasant and smoother working process. For flexible use on machines with a smaller mounting diameter, two knurled reducing rings are included in the scope of delivery, reducing the 20 mm bore to 16 mm.
