TC Sawbl 190x30 48T, Multi-Mat

The Einhell Multi Material circular saw blade, with a diameter of 190 mm, a 30 mm bore and 48 HLTCG teeth, is designed for circular saws and provides precise cross cuts in a wide range of materials. The 2.2 mm cutting width and 1.5 mm blade body ensure accurate, stable cuts with efficient chip clearance. The 5° tooth angle provides balanced, controlled cutting behaviour. The HLTCG geometry combines a raised trapezoidal tooth that pre-cuts the surface with a flat tooth that removes chips and widens the cut. It is suitable for uncoated chipboard, MDF, plastics, thin sheet metal and non-ferrous metals, reducing the need for frequent blade changes. The PTFE coating protects against corrosion, reduces friction and lowers the feed force required. Precision laser-cut Thermal Slots compensate for temperature-related expansion and maintain blade stability. Additional damping slots reduce vibration and noise for smooth, comfortable operation. The included two 30/20 mm and two 30/16 mm reducing rings allow flexible adaptation to machines with smaller arbor diameters. This makes the blade a versatile choice for precise, efficient cutting across different materials.
