Terms and Conditions of the ‘Sky Promotion’ by Einhell Germany AG
By taking part in the promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany. Participation is restricted to new Sky customers taking out a 12-month subscription.
4. Eligibility and conditions of participation
Customers who reach a minimum order value of €500.00 (incl. VAT and after discounts) in the Einhell online shop at www.einhell.de during the promotional period from 01/05/2026 to 31/05/2026 inclusive, will receive a voucher for the Sky Entertainment + Sport package for 12 months (total value of €299.88 incl. VAT) free of charge.
In the event of a partial return of items, the entitlement to the voucher shall only remain valid if the actual value of the goods retained after the return is at least €500.00. If this amount is not reached, there is no entitlement to receive the voucher code.
The voucher will be sent to the customer after the 14-day statutory cancellation period has expired by email to the email address provided when placing the order in the Einhell online shop.
5. Redeeming the voucher
The voucher can only be redeemed via the landing page provided by Sky
www.sky.de/einhell.
This offer is valid in Germany only. Any voucher codes not redeemed up to 31 August 2026 will expire without replacement and without any entitlement to a replacement or extension.
6. Contract term and extension
Once the minimum contract term of 12 months has expired, the subscription is automatically renewed for an indefinite period, unless it is cancelled with one month’s notice before the end of the minimum contract term.
After the free trial period ends, the monthly price is €34.50 (Sky Entertainment + Sky Sport).
During the indefinite term, the notice period is also one month.
7. Limitation of Liability
Einhell Germany AG is solely responsible for running the promotion and providing the voucher.
The services included in the voucher and the administration of the subscription contract are provided exclusively by Sky Deutschland Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG.
8. Exclusion of cash payouts
Cash payments, exchanges for other products or services, and offsetting against existing subscriptions are not permitted.
9. Legal recourse
Legal action is excluded.
10. Miscellaneous provisions
All prices are included with VAT. Subject to change.
