Instructions for return
Download and print shipping document
First of all download and print your shipping document, which contains the dangerous goods information for lithium-ion batteries as well as the return consignment note. Go to the dangerous goods information and select a sticker, depending on sending only battery or sending battery and device. Please note that the sticker must be attached in color and clearly visible on the top of the package with a minimum size of 120 mm.
Pack goods (incl. proof of purchase)
Pack all registered components properly and completely. Important: Make sure you have put your proof of purchase (copy of the purchase voucher) and the return consignment note into the package. The maximum weight of 31.5 kg per package must not be exceeded.
Send back to Einhell / iSC GmbH
Then take the package to the nearest post office and send it to the following address: iSC GmbH, Eschenstraße 6, 94405 Landau/Isar, Germany. The costs for the return shipment have to be pre-financed first - but will be refunded later!
Receive money
If the return is complete and in a usable condition, you will normally receive your money within 5 weeks in the form of a crossed cheque or via bank transfer.
