#App - The robotic mower does not connect to the app or does not respond to app commands.
- Restart app and robot.
- Make sure that the distance between the mower and the device is not too great or that the mower has WiFi reception.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Contact customer service.
#App - What should I do if the email address entered is already in use?
- Try to log in with the e-mail address and password you used.
- If you don't know the password, you can reset it -> see "Forgotten password" FAQ.
#App - What should I consider if I cannot log in despite having a user account?
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the menu item "Forgotten password" on the login page.
- After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
#App - What should I do if I do not receive an email?
- There are some providers that block automatically generated and sent e-mails.
- If this is the case, you will need to use another e-mail address from another provider.
- Check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox or make sure you have enough disk space.
#App - What should I do in case of the error message "No device with this serial number exists"?
- Check that you haven't accidentally added a space before or at the end of the serial number.
- If this is not the case, please contact Einhell customer services.
#App - What should I do in case of the error message "The entered serial number already exists"?
- If the device has already been registered by a known person, e.g. a former partner, and you want to get access to the device, the person who registered the device must add the new user as a user via Device settings -> User management.
- WARNING: The new user must already have created a user account in the app.
- If the device has been registered by an unknown person, please contact the service centre.
#App - What can I do if the desired Wi-Fi network is not visible in the list?
- Check the PIN you entered.
- WARNING: There must be no spaces at the beginning and end of the PIN!
#Error - What can I do if I receive the error message "Incorrect PIN"?
- Please check the PIN entered.
- ATTENTION: There must be no spaces at the beginning and end of the PIN!
#Error - What should I do if I receive the error message "WiFi connection could not be established, please enter the correct password"?
- Please check the password entered.
- ATTENTION: There must be no spaces at the beginning and at the end of the password!
#Error - What should I do if I receive the error message "Device is out of range"?
- The Bluetooth range of the robotic lawnmower is about 5 meters.
- If the smartphone you use to control via Bluetooth is more than 5 meters away, it may not be possible to establish a connection.
- If the smartphone you want to use to control via WiFi does not have an Internet connection, no connection can be established.
- If the mower is outside the WLAN range, it will also not be able to establish a connection via WLAN.
- The robotic lawnmower also does not send a signal when it is not turned on.
The robotic lawnmower can only connect to one device at a time, check if the mower is currently connected to another device. - The app can only connect to one device.
- Check that the app is not already connected to another device or mower.
- If this is the case, the second user should close the app before reconnecting.
- If the mower has been connected to Bluetooth via the system settings of the device (mobile phone/tablet), the Bluetooth connection is dead and can no longer be used by our app.
- Please disconnect the device via System Settings and try again.
- Please enable location sharing for the app in the system settings of your smartphone.
- This is necessary for Android devices to establish a successful Bluetooth connection.
- If none of the above applies, please restart the robot mower and the app and try again.
#Error - A red compass appears on the display.
The robot mower does not receive a boundary wire signal.
- Check if the LED indicator on the charging station is green throughout.
- Make sure the boundary wire is correctly laid under the charging station.
- Check the position of the charging station.
#Error - The robotic mower stops on the boundary wire and cannot reach the charging station.
- Remove all possible obstacles from the perimeter wire.
- When you layout out the perimeter wire, be sure to keep it far enough away from any obstacles.
- Please use a battery with higher capacity.
- Important: When using a Multi-Ah battery (e.g. 4-6 Ah), set the higher capacity.
- Thanks to the gentle charging and discharging of the robot lawn mower there is no need to use the lower capacity in order to extend the working life.
#Error - The robotic mower is in the mowing area and cannot be turned on.
- The battery level is too low.
- Take the robot lawn mower back to the charging station for charging.
- Switch the main switch on.
- Contact customer services.
#Error - The robotic mower cannot drive into the charging station.
- The charging station is not properly installed.
- Make sure that the LED indicator on the charging station is lit up in green.
- Make sure that the boundary wires are connected to the charging station and that the front wire is guided centrally under the station in the groove and through both holes.
- Make sure that the charging station is positioned correctly.
#Error - The robotic mower repeatedly returns to the charging station despite an active working time.
- Check the work time settings.
- The robot lawn mower will begin and end its work in accordance with the set time window.
- Outside this time window the robot lawn mower stays in the charging station .
- Incorrect work time settings
- The rechargeable battery is empty.
- The rain sensor has been triggered.
- The battery temperature is high.

Check the height of the grass in the mowing area and, if necessary, mow the grass to below 60mm using a conventional lawn mower Increase the cutting height. Inspect the blade plate (11) and wheels for dirt and give these parts a thorough cleaning Check the rear wheels and the blade plate (11) for blockages. Set the working time in summer to the early hours of morning and avoid running the robot lawn mower during the hours of the day when it is hot. Once the battery or controller has cooled down to the permissible temperature range, the robot lawn mower will automatically return to the scheduled operation. |
